Logo Agreement

Unless otherwise indicated, all service marks, trademarks, trade names, logos or copyrighted materials appearing on this site are owned or licensed by Painless Performance Products, LLC™ (herein refered to as Painless Performance) including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, renderings and photographic images.
You may not use any service mark, trademark, trade name, logo or copyrighted materials (herein collectively refered to as trademarks) from this site for any commercial purpose without the permission of Painless Performance. This includes use of Painless Performance trademarks on any commercial Web site. Painless Performance has invested a great deal of time, money and effort in the development, promotion and use of these trademarks. As a result, Painless Performance has gained a high level of public recognition worldwide and extensive goodwill and we must be vigilant in protecting these valuable Painless Performance assets against any unauthorized use.

You agree that you will not transfer any Painless Performance trademarks to any third party. Any reprinting, sublicensing, copying, modifying, publishing, assignment, transfer, sales, or other distribution of the Painless Performance trademarks contained within this website or any other website is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of Painless Performance. The user shall not copy, reverse engineer, translate, port, modify or make derivative works of the Painless Performance trademarks without express written permission from Painless Performance.
All Painless Performance trademarks are to be used "as they appear" and are not to be cut up or resized or altered without express written permission of Painless Performance.
Unauthorized copying of the Painless Performance trademarks or failure to comply with any of the terms, restrictions, conditions, or limitations herein will result in automatic termination of this non-exclusive license.
No other website is allowed to offer the Painless Performance trademarks from their website in any way shape or form without the express written consent of Painless Performance.
In the event that Painless Performance requests the removal of the Painless Performance trademarks, you hereby agree to remove them from your server, hard drive, diskette, any CD Rom, Zip drive, network drive, or any forms of electronic/hard storage media within 24 hours or less of being notified.

In addition you agree not to use the Trademarks in a manner which, in Painless Performance sole discretion, diminishes or otherwise damages Painless Performance goodwill in the Trademarks.
