With the popularity of Gen III and Gen IV engines gaining momentum and showing no signs of slowing down, Painless has come up with a several new products to add to our line up of parts for the latest trend in hot rodding and custom car building, the installation and adaptation of these engines. 

The newest addition to our fuel injection harness family is 60221. This harness will fit 2003-2006 Gen III truck engines (4.8L - 5.3L - 6.0L), standard gasoline or flex fuel engines. This harness now makes it possible to transplant a Flex Fuel engine into your project hot rod!

 Like all Painless fuel injection harnesses, the 60221 is a complete stand-alone unit which includes a pre-wired fuse block, all necessary connectors and connections for a proper installation of this late model engine.  This harness will work with 4L60E, 4L80E, or manual/non-electronic transmissions. (ECM programming* must match the transmission being used)

 EV1/Bosch & EV6/US CAR INJECTOR CONNECTOR KITS

Due to aftermarket and factory intake swaps as well as other power adders, some find the need to switch injectors, which in some cases means switching injector types. Switching injector types or repairing broken, crushed fuel injector connectors has often meant purchasing expensive individual pigtails. This also means the most vital connections of your fuel injection system are spliced together, making the install look like a hacked together mess.  Our connector kits 60130 and 60131 offer the best solution to modifying or repairing your existing harness.
