Electric cooling fans have become a mainstay when it comes to keeping any type of vehicle’s engine cool. This state-of-the-art fan control system includes an under hood rated solid state pulse width modulation controller, 12x1.5MM threaded temperature sensor that threads directly into the extra port on the passenger side head of any LS engine, large gauge fan wires and a labeled vehicle integration wire harness, mounting hardware and 70 Amp fuse and connectors. The F5 Dual Fan Controller is rated to control two 35 Amp cooling fans. Controller features include dual cooling fan control from 50% up to 100%; A/C compressor override that runs the fans at 100% duty cycle if air conditioning is kicked on. Kit also includes a three position toggle switch that gives you manual control of the cooling fans; position one is 100% fan on, position two is normal operation and position three is 0% fan or fan off. Also included is a push button switch which is used to set the vehicle speed at which you like the cooling fans to shut off above. See illustrated installation manual for more information.

For installations of 1999 - 2006, mechanical throttle body, Gen3 (4.8L - 5.3L - 6.0L) engines using ECMs with service #12200411 or #9354896. Engine codes supported are LR4, LM7, LM4, LQ4 and LQ9. 2003-2006 engines require the factory installed throttle by wire throttle body to be changed to a cable throttle type.
Harness includes all connections for fuel injection operation: ECM, TPS, IAC, CTS, IAT, MAF, MAP, Injectors**, Coils, CMP, CKP, Knock, VSS, ISS, 4L60E & 4L80E Transmissions, Front Bank 1 & 2 O2 Sensors. Emissions connections included in harness include: Secondary air pump, Secondary air solenoid, EGR, Canister vent and Canister purge. Harness incorporates its own 8 circuit fuseblock with ignition relays and connection to factory style fuel pump relay.
This standard length harness allows four feet from the back of the intake manifold to where the fuseblock and ECM mount. Perfect for those that plan to mount these components under the dash or in the glove box.

The Digital Power Manager with Jump Start (500 amp) includes a weatherproof solid state dual battery control unit that automatically engages an auxillary battery when a large load is applied to the vehicle's main battery. In addition to this, for added amperage capacity from the auxillary battery; a 250 amp solenoid is included with a momentary push button switch to be mounted in a location that is reachable when turning the ignition key to start the vehicle. This will allow for jump starting the vehicle by momentarily combining the vehicles two batteries while cranking the engine. The unit will not allow the electrical loads on the vehicle's main start battery to drain the auxillary battery lower than 11.5 volts and most likely, resulting in a no start situation. When the main battery is too low to crank the engine by itself, the Digital Power Manager in combination with the Jump Start solenoid button being pushed during cranking, will combine the main and auxillary batteries together to crank the engine. Once the engine is running and spinning the alternator again, it will only allow charging of the auxillary battery after the main battery is fully recharged by the alternator.
This solid state dual battery controller eliminates any second guessing when adding a secondary battery in vehicles with a 12 volt electrical system. The system is capable of temporarily switching up to 500 amperes of DC current for large loads such as high current starters, mid-size winches or even when jump starting another vehicle. Ideal for any vehicle equipped with high power stereo systems, high amp driving lights or situations where there will be a load on the vehicles main battery for a reasonable period of time and the alternator will not be charging the two batteries. This kit, when properly installed, will add the additional boost needed to start a vehicle with a partically drained main battery. Included in these kits:the weather-proof Digital Power Manager Unit, a 250 amp Jump Start solenoid, a momentary push-button switch, 6 gauge connection cables, terminals, heat shrink, mounting hardware and a remote indicator light.

If you are using a GM 4L60E, it will fit 1996 and newer GM 4L60E transmissions only. (On later model 4L65E models it is not necessary to plug into the input shaft speed sensor.)
If you are using a GM 4L80E, it will fit 1995 and newer GM 4L80E transmissions only. (If earlier unit is desired to be used; the "Bosch" style pressure control solenoid MUST be replaced with the newer "Holley" style pressure control solenoid.

Want to add the cool new technology of keyless ignition to your old hot rod, muscle car or 4X4? Here’s your best option for both added security and this new creature comfort from the automotive aftermarket world.
The Painless Phantom Key allows for the total replacement of most current ignition switches. Simply remove your existing ignition switch, install the backlit stainless pushbutton and allow the Phantom Key’s Module/Relay center do all
the work for you. Plus it adds options such as a trunk popper channel, door lock and unlock, dome light on and off along with the added security of not having any key tumblers for a thief to pick.
When you are more than 20 feet away from your vehicle, the LED backlit push button switch will blink showing there is a security device in the vehicle, warding off potential thieves. When you are within 20 feet of your vehicle, the blinking
LED will turn solid. Push the unlock button on the key fob to unlock your doors, climb into the vehicle, push the brake pedal and finally push and hold stainless Phantom Key button to start the engine.
The key fobs have both lock and unlock buttons which function as follows: Pushing and holding the lock button will trigger the 3rd channel to pop the trunk or turn the dome light on and off. Pushing and releasing the lock button will
only lock the doors and pushing and releasing the unlock button will unlock the doors.
The key fobs can be programmed to be in what’s called “automatic mode” which is where the system will automatically enable when the fob is within about 20 feet of the vehicle OR they can be programmed to be in what’s called “manual mode” where the unlock key must be pushed to enable the system.
